Tonya Ware

Leadership Greater Jackson - Executive Director

Tonya H. Ware is the State Project Director for ReadyNation Mississippi. She builds and leads a coalition of senior business executives across Mississippi to support early learning for workforce success. Tonya has been featured on ABC, FOX, BET, TBN, GMA, and more.

She is a “Top 40 Under 40 Mississippi Business Professional” and “50 Leading Businesswomen of Mississippi” honoree. In addition, Tonya is the Executive Pastor of The Church Triumphant Global and the Creator and host of “Saturday Success Church.” She has inspired thousands of people around the world through her leadership, music, and service.

Her passion for leadership is evident in her work with the R.E.D. Women’s Program, The Theater of Possibilities, as Executive Director for Leadership Greater Jackson and Youth Leadership Jackson, the Greater Jackson Chamber Partnership, Women For Progress, the American Heart Association, and the Women’s Business Network. She is married to Bishop Adrian Ware and mother to daughters Wisdom Noelle and Wealth Joy.
